Co-designing subscription experience

Reviewing Vivactive’s existing data I found evidence of a range of issues across their crucial product subscription experience

To create alignment around these problems and the required collaboration between product, design and leadership, I facilitated a co-design workshop to discuss the research, review user journeys and start exploring solutions.

Co-designing was new to Vivactive but they enjoyed working together to prototype different solutions around identified user problems. They also appreciated seeing videos of customers and summaries of the research, building momentum around solving these problems.

Collaboration across product managers, web designers and developers helped devising solutions that were technically feasible and commercially satisfying.
