Hello my name is Xabi and I am a counselling trainee and a content designer.

I created this website to make counselling theory more visual and accessible, give myself a space to learn aloud and to reflect on my journey of self-awareness.

I am studying the 2025/27 PGDip in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Brighton Uni.

My interests are: existential philosophy, phenomenology, postmodernism, critical theory, addiction, neurodivergence, spirituality.

I am also interested in using content and UX design to solve mental health problems.

In my professional life, I help companies create websites and content experiences that are user-centred, satisfying and effective.
